Your acceptance of the following terms and conditions is implied by your use of this website and/or our services. Please do not use this website or our services if you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions.

You are not permitted to access or use this website or our services if you are under the legal age of consent in your respective district or country. By using this site or acquiring any of our products or services, you confirm that you are of legal age.

By placing an order and/or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Your order and/or payment constitute your full acceptance of this agreement, which represents the complete and binding understanding between you and Influion.

Interpretation and Definitions

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer Notice, and any or all Agreements:

“Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to you—the individual or organization accessing this website and agreeing to the Company’s terms and services.
“Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, and “Us” refer to Influion.
“Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refers collectively to both the Client and Influion, or either one individually.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of delivering our services to the Client in the most suitable manner—whether through formal meetings, digital communication, or other methods—for the express purpose of fulfilling the Client’s needs with respect to Influion’s offerings.

Words used in the singular include the plural and vice versa. All pronouns, regardless of gender, are understood to be interchangeable. Capitalization and usage do not change the meaning of these terms.

Scope of Services

Influion is a multi-disciplinary creative agency that provides marketing services, ad production, content creation, digital media advertising (Meta, Google, etc.), AI-based automation and ad solutions, book publishing under Peel Publishing by Influion, photography and videography, website development, animations (2D & 3D), illustrations, and consultation on branding and business challenges (excluding financial or legal advice).

Client Onboarding & Work Initiation

To begin a project, clients must:

– Sign a formal service agreement or proposal.
– Make an upfront payment of at least 30% of the total project cost.

The remaining balance must be settled within 30 calendar days from the start of the project.

Payment Methods

We accept:

– Wire transfers
– Credit & Debit card payments
– Secure payment links (aligned with U.S. financial compliance policies)

There are no penalties for late payments, but delays may affect delivery timelines.

Revisions Policy

We offer:

– 2–3 complimentary revisions, depending on the scope of the project.
– Minor edits are free of charge.
– Major or out-of-scope changes post-delivery may incur additional fees.

Refund Policy

✅ Before Project Start
– 100% refund available if requested before any work begins.
– A 15% processing fee and any transaction charges will be deducted.

✅ After Project Starts
– No full refund is available once work has begun.
– Clients may request:
  • One free revision
  • Up to 50% refund (upon validation of quality concerns by our internal committee)

Refund requests require 45 days written notice via email. Reviews may take up to 45 working days, with approved refunds processed within an additional 15 days.

✅ Change of Mind
– 100% refund within 1 hour of placing the order.
– A 15% processing fee applies beyond that timeframe if no work has begun.

✅ Incompetent Delivery
– Unlimited revisions offered for work not meeting documented client expectations.
– If the issue remains unresolved after revisions and reassignment, a refund up to 50% may be granted.

✅ Late Delivery
– If delivery is delayed due to Influion’s failure to respond after 3 contact attempts, refunds may be processed based on review.

❌ Refunds Not Applicable
– After 60 days from final delivery.
– Minor technical errors (grammar, formatting, etc.) that do not impact the overall project.
– Delays caused by the client.
– Any unethical or illegal use of our content.

Intellectual Property & Portfolio Use

Final deliverables become the property of the client once full payment is received. Influion reserves the right to feature completed projects in its portfolio or promotional materials with client permission.

Confidentiality

We value discretion. Influion respects client privacy and proprietary information. We expect clients to respect our creative processes, methodologies, and in-house tools.

Use of AI & Automation

Influion may use AI tools or automation to enhance efficiency, creativity, and scalability — but only if clients approve. We are equally capable of producing fully human-crafted content.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disagreement, both parties agree to first pursue informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved under United States jurisdiction, through arbitration or small claims court as applicable.

Consent & Purpose

By providing your email or phone number, you agree to receive:
– Project updates
– Revisions
– Service notifications
– Promotional or newsletter content (you may opt out)

Message Rates

Standard messaging/data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Unsubscribe Options

Emails: Click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email.
SMS: Reply “STOP”, “Unsub”, or “Unsubscribe” to any message.

Frequency

We keep messages minimal and only contact you when necessary (e.g., updates, urgent notices, or delivery confirmations).

Data Privacy

Your contact information is secure. We never share your phone number or email with third parties without your permission — unless required by law.
